The novel does not have a title, but it has a nickname: from now on it will be The Urban Fantasy Novel, because it is.

(It is also ridiculously self-indulgent and the product of reading far too many urban fantasies as an impressionable teenager. Not that I'm not still a teenager-- ...I'm just going to stop this tangent right there.)

I now have 35 pages, or about 8500 words. When I figure out how long this is supposed to be, I will do a word count meter thingy. Eventually it may acquire an icon too, if I can find one.

For now, it is time for bed. I have somehow managed to not have class tomorrow before eleven, so I will have a nice long period of time to work on things in the morning.
