A first scene for this story
A name for the captain of their ship (Captain Sallaz)
A partially-filled duffle bag
A partially-filled box
More laundry to do.

Also, I applied for a workstudy job in the library at my college! So hopefully they will think I'm cool enough to do it, even though I'm a first-year.

Wait! what? What happened to "all first years work in the dining...."

oooooh...

...and another tradition bites the dust in the wake of revamping the dining options. :)

(hmmmm....working in the library vs. waterfights after hours in the kitchen. that's a close call....)

No, no, all first years do work in the dining halls, though one can acquire another job in addition to that, if one can get such a thing.

But since I have a bunch of food allergies, disability services agreed with me that it probably wouldn't be the best for me to be working with food and stuff. So I got it waived.

Too bad about pictures. Well, I'll be there soon enough and see for myself!

That makes sense. (And the waterfights are very very very very rare and mostly overrated.) Good luck!
