It's one of the regular evening parties, except that its theme, instead of being something like Livejournal Users Hang Out or People Write Haiku For Earrings, is Come Dressed Up. As far as I can tell. I did not go to it last year.
I will likely bring fancy dress but may or may not ultimately decide to either wear it (the fancy dress) or attend.
